Intertechnik baked enamel wire corobar spool
Intertechnik enameled wire corobar coils are made from a special thermoplastic wire. An additional enamel layer on this wire is melted during or after the winding process using hot air or an electric shock. This winding technique immediately "bakes" the wire windings together. This results in a vibration-free and tight winding that cannot be achieved with other methods.
